UPS or FedEx will deliver to the exact address you provide. Once your box leaves our facility, we cannot reroute it.
We currently ship to the lower 48 states.
We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or American service bases outside the lower 48.
We ship every Monday (and occasionally Tuesday during busy weeks).
Shipping early in the week helps ensure your meat doesn’t get stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx using one of the following services:

3 Day Select
Ground (based on location and time of year)
All shipping and handling costs are included in the final price.
We’ve tested other carriers, but for Us, these carriers have been the most reliable and affordable for frozen, perishable shipments.
Other carriers had higher costs and the same (or worse) delivery issues. We understand how frustrating shipping delays and unclear updates can be. We’re always happy to help you navigate them. You cannot change your shipping carrier.
Shipping within Oklahoma? Your meat ships UPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrives in 1–2 days.

Meat should still be frozen solid or cold to the touch (below 40°F)
Check your meat upon arrival. If anything seems off, contact us.
You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
UPS or FedEx scans along the way, but updates can be inconsistent.
We recommend being ready to receive your box once it's en route. Carrier may leave the box at your porch, gate, or garage, depending on their policy.
Diamond L Ranch cannot control where the delivery driver places your order.
If you like, you can leave delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll add them to the outside of the box to help guide the driver. We cannot guarantee the driver will follow the instructions.
We do not control your package once it leaves our facility.
If the carrier delivers to the wrong address, we’ll do everything we can to help, but please triple-check your shipping info before ordering.
If your box arrives damaged or something is broken, let us know right away so we can issue a refund.
We do not accept returns on meat due to its perishable nature.
As long as it’s below 40°F on arrival (cool to touch) your meat is safe to refrigerate or refreeze. If you have concerns, reach out.
We get it, life happens.
Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied toward meat from your original order.
Example: Paid a $300 deposit? You can use it toward $300 worth of meat.

Please note:
We cannot store meat beyond your scheduled ship date.
You’ll still keep any bonuses already received, even if you opt out of the full order.
Pickup Policy
Local pick up is always FREE. Please write in a preferred pick up time on the check out page. Orders can be picked up during regular retail hours on Mondays 11am-5pm, Thurs. & Fri. 4pm-7pm and Saturdays 11am-4pm. We are flexible, but sometimes we need to be in other places. Need a different time? Message us and we can work with you to get your order.
